How soon can I receive my personalized mugs?

With our standard delivery for custom mugs, you can expect your order to reach you around 2-7 business days depending on your location.

Can printed mugs be washed with water?

Mugs that have been printed with pictures can be easily washed with water and detergent like normal utensils. Since the print is permanent, it will not wash off in the process while cleaning the mugs.

Can the ceramic coffee mugs be used in microwave?

Yes, our personalized coffee mugs are ceramic ones and are suitable for use in a microwave oven. They are also durable enough for a dishwasher.

What side of the mug should I choose for a personalized or logo mug?

You can place the logo and the text either on the right hand side of the handle or the left hand side of the handle of the customized mug. These way it’s better than placing the logo and the text opposite to the coffee mug handle. The side positions gives better visibility to the printed logo and the text to someone who is sharing a coffee with the person who holds the mug.

What is the minimum & maximum order for purchasing mugs?

You can order a minimum of 1 mug or as much as 1000 customized mugs in a single order. There is no celling on maximum purchase order. For orders of higher value more than Rs25,000.00 you may request quotation for discount from us and our Sales Team will reach out to you regarding your requirement.

Design Guidelines

1. Extend your design elements (like background colors or images) beyond the final trim edge. The standard bleed area is usually 3mm (0.125 inches) to 5mm (0.25 inches) on all sides.

2. Include crop or trim marks in the file to indicate where the paper should be trimmed after printing.

3. Keep important text and design elements at least 5mm (0.25 inches) inside the trim edge to prevent them from being cut off during trimming.

4. Use CMYK color mode for printing, as opposed to RGB which is used for digital screens.

5. Images should be high resolution (usually 300 DPI) to ensure crisp printing quality. Avoid using low-resolution images, which may appear pixelated when printed.
